Seth brings over 20 years of experience in the energy industry. Prior to NTE Energy, he served as general counsel, managing director and finally chief executive at Tamarack Energy and was a partner at the lawfirm of Pierce Atwood. He also served as a Partner/Chair Energy Law Practice at the law firm of Gallagher, Callahan & Gatrell where he represented a wide variety of national and international energy clients in major commercial transactions and regulatory proceedings.
Chief Financial Officer
Stephanie brings over 15 years of experience in the energy industry. Before appointed as the Chief Financial Officer, she served as the Senior Vice President of Finance for NTE responsible for over one billion in thermal energy financing transactions. Prior to NTE she served similar roles responsible for corporate and finance activities in public civil infrastructure projects, large commercial development and biomedical engineering projects throughout the southeastern United States.
Tim has extensive experience in the power industry. Prior to joining NTE, Tim held various management roles for Calpine Corporation in the areas of project development and origination, and had a 20-year career with Westinghouse Power Generation marketing project development support, new units and service in both domestic and international markets.
SVP, Engineering, Construction, and Operations
Chris has over 30 years of power plant engineering, construction, and operations experience, having previously served in technical and leadership roles at Parsons, Siemens and InterGen. This experience spans dozens of power plants in several different countries including nuclear, coal, and gas fired technologies.
SVP, Development - Carolinas
Responsibilities include leadership of NTE's project development efforts in North Carolina, including opportunity identification, permitting, public outreach, legislative and regulatory communications, financial structuring and engineering design coordination.
Mike brings nearly 40 years of experience in the energy industry. He served in several management level positions with Duke Energy’s engineering, regulatory affairs and project management divisions, focused on Duke’s generation fleet. Mike was loaned for two years to the Institute of Nuclear Operations (INPO) as a Senior Evaluator to evaluate construction practices of US Nuclear facilities. Mike also was requested by the US State Department to assist the US Aid team evaluation the Egyptian Energy Association’s transmission upgrade efforts in Cairo.
Mike brings over 20 years of experience in the energy industry with a background in municipal utilities, hedging strategies and commodity trading. Prior to NTE Energy, Mike spent ten years at The Energy Authority where he served in a similar role managing municipal utility customers and structuring deals that fit their specific needs.
