NTE Energy, LLC, along with its investment partner, Energy Investors Funds (EIF), is focused on developing hybrid energy projects in the United States. NTE Energy is a leader in the development of commercially viable renewable energy technology. These patent applications are based on the Company’s work in the field of hybrid renewable energy generation and technology developed with the assistance of the Company’s engineering consultant – TRI-MONT Engineering. Also in 2010, NTE Energy and Energy Investors Funds announced the formation of a new joint venture - EIF NTE Hybrid Renewable Energy, LLC. Through this exclusive investment relationship, NTE Energy will develop, construct and operate large-scale hybrid renewable energy facilities backed through investments by Energy Investors Funds family of funds.
